1、 I 摘 要 换热器是进行热交换操作的常用的工艺设备,它被广泛应用于各个换热的工业部 门。特别是在石油和化学工业生产中占有很大的作用,换热器常常需要把低温流体加热 或者把高温流体冷却,把液体汽化成蒸汽或者把蒸汽冷凝成液体。 随着信息时代及全球经济一体化进程的到来,虚拟制造先进的制造模式和技术正在 成为制造工程界研究和应用的重点领域,本文就针对虚拟制造技术的一个重要环节 虚拟装配技术进行了研究。 本文的主要研究内容: 此次设计主要利用 Solidworks 软件对换热器进行实体建模。 (1)对 BIU1200 甲烷换热器的国内外发展现状进行了概述; (2)对 BIU1200 甲烷换热器的研究意义
2、及内容做了简单介绍; (3)对 BIU1200 甲烷换热器的进行结构设计与强度计算。 (4)本次设计的重点,BIU1200 甲烷换热器 3D 零件库的建立及虚拟装配。 通过这次 BIU1200 甲烷换热器实体的建模使我进一步了解了换热器的结构组成,在 装配的过程中,更加直观抽象的掌握了换热器各元件之间的装配关系以及相互之间的联 系。 运用 Solidworks 将二维图形生成实体,通过零件之间的关系组装成装配体,然后 利用 Solidworks 工程图的功能,将装配后的实体图转化成二维平面图。保存为.dxf 格 式,在 AutoCAD 里编辑成图。 关键词:换热器;关键词:换热器;结构设计结构
