2、性和 完整性强、 数据安全性好的数据库。 而对于后者则要求其应用程序具有功能完备,易使用 等特点。 本文首先概要的描述了档案管理系统开发的背景和在软件开发过程中用到的开发 技术以及优点，并把研究重点放在局域网中。接着对局域网档案管理系统进行可行性研 究，指出了软件开发的目标和可行性。然后对软件进行需求分析，确定了用户对软件的 各种需求。 由此进行总体设计， 划分出软件的各功能模块。 再接着对系统进行详细设计， 再对软件进行实现， 最后是软件测试， 从中发现软件开发中所出现的问题， 并进行修改， 使软件的健壮性更强。 经过分析,我们以 B/S 为开发模式，运用 JS、JSP（JAVA SERVE
3、R PAGES）和 JAVA 编程语言，以 MySQL711、 DREAMWEAVER、TOMCAT 为开发平台，开发出了一个 高校人事档案管理系统。此系统实现了高校人事档案管理的各种工作流程计算机管理 化，其中包括对高校人事档案的录入、添加、更新、删除，以及用户对高校人事档案的 查询和对个人信息及个人密码的修改。 在实践中可以对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断 修正和改进,直到形成用户满意系统。 关键词：人事档案，java，B/S The personnel file management system design and implementation Author:Li Minghuai
