1、 I 摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是中型货车驱动桥设计。驱动桥是汽车传动系统的重要 组成部件,位于传动系的末端, 其功用是增大由传动轴或变速器传来的转矩, 将其 传给驱动轮并使其具有差速功能。 所以中型专用汽车驱动桥设计有着重要的实际 意义。 在本次设计中, 根据当今驱动桥的发展情况确定了驱动桥各部件的设计方案。 其中根据本次设计的车型为中型货车,故主减速器的形式采用双级主减速器,而 差速器则采用目前被广泛应用的对称式锥齿轮差速器,其半轴为全浮式支撑。在 本次设计中完成了对主减速器、差速器、半轴、桥壳及轴承的设计计算及校核并 通过以上计算满足了驱动桥的各项功能。此外本设计还应用了较为先进的设计软
