1、 I 摘摘 要要 随着我国经济的迅速发展, 如何提高运输生产率已成为一个迫在眉睫的问题。 但必须以保证行驶的安全为前提,汽车的制动性是一个重要的参数。因此,对汽 制动系统的研究、开发是汽车工业重要的课题。如何改善汽车的制动效能、改善 制动器的结构是一个重要环节。 本次设计主要是对微型客车系统结构进行分析的基础上,根据对微型客车系 统的要求,设计出合理的符合国家标准和行业标准的制动系统。 制动系统设计是根据整车主要参数和相关车型, 制定出制动系统的结构方案, 设计计算确定前、后盘式制动器、制动主缸的主要尺寸和结构形式。绘制出了前、 后制动器装配图、制动主缸装配图、制动管路布置图。最终对设计出的制
