1、 I 摘 要 汽车座椅结构设计对汽车驾乘者的舒适感有着很大影响,要求座椅的设计者 要在设计产品的时候能充分将人的因素、 产品使用的环境因素科学地运用在一起。 同时，汽车座椅系统也是保障车辆安全性能的一部分，其结构设计、材料应用的 合理性及其质量直接影响到乘员的安全性。由于轿车座椅的特殊性，因此对其舒 适性和安全性要求都较高。 随着科学技术的发展和生产力的提高，人们对工作、生活、休息质量的要求 不断提高，以前的那种从产品到人的产品设计模式己不能满足日益丰富的工业产 品的生产以及广大消费者对工业品的期望。这就要求产品设计者在设计产品的时 候能充分将人的因素、产品使用的环境因素甚至整个社会的文明文化
