1、 I 摘要 取力器是专用车辆上的重要组成部分,是专用车辆能实现其专用功能的动力 来源。取力器的质量好坏,严重影响专用车辆的试用状况。取力器一般情况下安 装在变速器上。 通常取力器是一种齿轮传动装置,其主要功用全部或部分的是取出变速器所 传递的动力, 或直接将发动机的功率通过法兰和传动轴传递到被驱动的工作机上, 使汽车实现特有的专用功能。 本次毕业设计设计的取力器是与 CA1061K28L3 型载货汽车变速箱相配合的 取力器。在设计过程中,取力器的动力是由变速箱中间轴输入的。利用斜齿轮, 与变速箱中间轴上的斜齿轮啮合获得动力,由两直齿轮啮合,以及接合套,同步 器等的应用,将力传递到输出轴上。最后
