1、摘 要 I 摘 要 电子投票是密码学的一个研究领域，它以各种密码学技术为理论基础，通过 计算机和网络来完成投票的整个过程。它可以节省时间和人力资源，具有很高的 效率和灵活性。我通过后台数据库的设计，前端网页设计和代码编写完成了医院 住院反馈系统。本系统采用电子投票的形式和 JSP 网页设计、JDBC 数据库连接等 技术，包含了医院住院后病人意见反馈的功能，基本功能是数据的采集与处理在 前台并行，统计与分析来自后台数据库。支持“以病人为中心”的全过程医疗服 务，提高了医疗服务环节的治疗和工作效率。具有极高的安全性、容错性、和可 靠性，能使医院信息高度共享化，整个网络系统的数据都来自信息的发生地，
