1、 I 摘要摘要 本论文设计的是 CA6140 车床变速拨叉的加工工序、设计方案、计算过 程、 铣槽夹具以及拉刀的设计。 拨叉表面加工方法的选择、 加工顺序的安排、 工序集中与分散的处理、加工阶段的划分、机床和工艺装备的选择、加工余 量与工序尺寸及公差的确定等都是编制工艺规程的主要问题。而夹具设计所 面临的是设计方案的确定、定位元件的选择、定位误差的分析与计算、夹紧 力的计算、夹具体毛坯结构及夹具元件配合的确定。还有零件图和夹具装配 图的绘制,如何保证用拨叉的技术条件是加工过程最为重要的问题,而夹具 也起着至关重要的作用。 拨叉的合理结构设计、加工工艺性设计,保证拨叉的加工质量,对提高 生产效率
