2、疗与旅游相结合的一种新型旅游形式，有着巨大的发展潜力。这种新兴的特种旅 游产品，可以产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。近年来，越来越多具备医疗旅游发展潜质 的国家逐渐把医疗旅游作为一种高产出的旅游项目予以扶持和发展，德国、新加坡、泰国、 印度等国处于领先地位。 本文在厘清医疗旅游概念和内涵的基础上，介绍了国际医疗旅游概况和医疗旅游强国 的发展现状，以及国际医疗旅游的发展现状、国际医疗旅游的流动规律、国际医疗旅游的 活动安排与服务流程， 进而分析了国际医疗旅游兴起的原因和条件。 医疗业的国际差异 （如 费用、技术等) 及其国际化、旅游业的发展是促使国际医疗旅游兴起的内部条件; 全球一 体化进程的加快
