1、 I 内容内容摘要摘要 为了保证制造出理想的注射塑件,在这矿泉水瓶瓶坯塑料模具设计中必须考 虑塑件 的成型工艺。瓶坯的成型工艺性与模具设计有直接的关系,只有塑件的设计能适应成型工 艺要求,才能设计出合理的模具结构。 塑件的材料是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。由于此塑件必须大批量生产并且塑件的外观为 较长的壳体,因此该设计采用新型的热流道技术和点浇口的单分型面结构形式。考虑到矿 泉水瓶瓶坯开口端有一段螺纹结构,因此需要设计侧向分型抽芯机构,该机构由斜导柱与 滑块共同实现。其优点在于简化模具结构,大大降低了模具的制造成本。最后对模具与注 射机的有关尺寸进行了校核,通过对模具的设计计算表明该设计能满足塑件的
