1、 I 摘要 相关统计数据显示，钢铁行业物流成本构成中，运输费用、库存成本、管理 费用等支出比例较大，库存管理成本支出比例有逐渐上升的趋势。 将库存控制在 一个合理的水平，既可满足企业生产需要，又可降低库存管理成本，加大资金周 转。因此，如何优化钢铁企业的库存管理水平降低成本，提升企业竞争力是钢铁 企业当前亟待解决的问题。 本文通过对吉林建龙钢铁有限公司库存现状的分析， 找出其库存管理所存在 的问题，结合相关库存控制的理论知识，对其进行库存优化管理。其中，对于原 材料库存所存在的问题，结合层次分析法（AHP）和模糊综合评价法对其供应商 进行绩效评估，选择绩优供应商，并对供应商实施激励；对于辅助材
2、料库存，首 先对其进行需求预测，然后进行 ABC 分类，针对分类结果给出相应的库存优化 策略；最后进行库优化方案的效果评价。 结果表明，库存管理系统的优化大大降低了企业的库存，使企业库存结构更 合理，从而减少了库存占用资金，增加了流动资金；同时也避免了不能按时交货 的风险，提高了顾客的满意度。 关键词：库存管理；需求预测；ABC 分类；经济订货批量；AHP 和模糊综 合评价法 II Abstract Relevant statistics show that the cost the steel industry which, the costs of transportation, stor
