1、 1 摘摘 要要 在当今大规模的制造业中, 企业为提高生产效率, 保障产品质量, 普遍重视生产过程的自动化程度, 工业机械手作为自动化生产线上的 重要成员,逐渐被企业认同并采用。 工业机械手的技术水平和应用程 度在一定程度上反映了一个国家的工业自动化水平。目前,工业机器 人主要承担着焊接、喷涂、搬运以及堆垛等重要性并且劳动强度极大 的工作,工作方式一般采取试教在线的方式。 本文通过分析现代机械手的作用,发展简史,组成(包括执行机 构,驱动机构,控制系统) ,全面详尽地讨论了直角坐标机械手的手 部,腕部,手臂以及机身等主要部件的结构设计,其中包括机械部分 的零部件,比如滚珠丝杠,联轴器,单轴驱动
