2、密度小、质量轻而强度高、刚度大、绝缘性着色性好、成型 方便等优点，成为 20 世纪发展最快材料之一。各种各样、形状颜色 各异的塑料零配件出现在我国工业、 农业及日常生活当中。 以塑代钢、 以塑代木已成为一种趋势。 本文采取日常生活中婴幼儿哺乳奶瓶盖设 计，介绍一种成型内螺纹塑件的新型塑料模具。在螺纹的成型与推出 方式上采用斜滑块的形式， 取代传统螺纹塑件的强制脱模或旋转脱模 的方式， 保证螺纹塑件的精度。 其中模具结构设计是这次设计的主要 内容，其内容包含了模具的分型面选择、主流道及分流道的设计与布 局，推出机构导向机构,铰链的设计等一系列模具的重要零部件的设 计加工方法和加工注意要点。这样更
