2、报价，以及投标报价过程中应采取 的策略和技巧；如何进行工程投标风险的识别和防范。在借鉴作者投标过程中的经验和 教训，总结了施工企业在编制标书和投标报价以及投标报价的策略和技巧。如何选择投 标对象、编制标书、回避风险、最大限度获取工程利润是每一个施工企业极为关注并重 点研究的课题。本文从承包商的角度出发，认真分析投标全过程，为承包商选择投标对 象、合理报价、回避合同风险、提高中标机率、最大程度获取利润提出一些切实可行的 建议，力图对施工承包企业投标工作起到一定的现实指导意义。 关键词：投标；报价；技巧；风险策略 Bid price quotation strategy and skills Ab
