1、- I - 基于单片机的流量信号检测系统设计基于单片机的流量信号检测系统设计 摘要摘要 在工业自动化中,任何控制系统都是从生产过程运行的信息测量开始的,过 程变量的自动检测仪表是自动化系统革命的关键。和温度、压力一样,流量也是 生产过程中的重要变量。流量的精确测量在节能降耗、经济核算、自动控制等方 面有着广泛的应用。 涡街流量计以其自身的一系列优点己经成为流量测量仪表家 庭中不可缺少的一员,在计量检测中发挥着越来越大的作用。 本文研究一种适用于微小流量信号检测的流量测量系统, 该流量计是基于涡 街流量计原理,即流体产生漩涡,漩涡分离产生应力,漩涡的分离频率等同于应 力的变化频率,通过测量应力的
