1、- I - 基于单片机的红外温度测量系统基于单片机的红外温度测量系统 摘要摘要 红外测温技术在生产过程中的产品质量控制和监测、设备在线故障的诊 断、设备安全保护以及节约能源等方面发挥着重要作用。温度在绝对零度以上 的物体,都会因自身的分子运动而辐射出红外线。通过红外探测器将物体辐射 的功率信号转换成电信号。红外检测器将吸收的辐射转化为热能,因此提高检 测器的温度,并把温度变化数据转化成电子信号,放大显示出来。红外测温打 破了传统的测温模式,并且具备远距离非接触式测量、回应速度快、测量精度 高、测量范围广和可同时测量环境温度和目标温度的特点,测量距离可达 30 米 左右。 单片机具有体积小、功能
2、强、成本低、应用面广等优点,可以说,智能控 制与自动控制的核心就是单片机,单片机在检测和控制系统中得到广泛的应 用, 温度则是系统常需要测量、控制和保持的一个量。 本文主要介绍了利用单片机实现温度控制系统的设计过程,并基于单片机 控制技术实现红外温度的测量,系统采用具有 SPI(串行外围接口)接口的 TN 系列红外温度传感器来测量温度信号,可同时测量目标温度和环境温度,并将 测量的数据送给 SPCE061A 单片机处理,之后送数码管显示,同时利用 SPCE061A 单片机的语音功能播报温度值。该温度计以其准确快捷的测量功 能、清晰易懂的数字化显示方便人们日常生活使用,语音播报功能使其更加智 能
