1、 1 基于基于 PLCPLC 矿泉水自动灌装系统的设计矿泉水自动灌装系统的设计 摘摘 要要 随着时代的发展,科技的进步,越来越多的行业正在向着自动化的方向发展。 1913 年,汽车大王福特在他的工厂里设置第一条自动化生产线。之后自动化生产线的 生产模式被迅速推广,医药、汽车、食品等行业争相使用高效率、低成本的生产自动化生 产线。 在饮料行业,自动化生产线的生产方式是推广的最普及的一种生产模式,它促使灌装 的速度大幅提升,同时也使得灌装精度更高,给企业带来了不可小觑的生产力。 本文所涉及的矿泉水灌装自动化生产线采用 PLC 控制,流量计计量,确保了灌装的速 度和精度。本设计采用三菱 FX 系列
