1、外文翻译外文翻译摘摘 要要 随着改革开放的深入，当前我国电子商务呈现了迅猛增长之势，现有 物流模式已无法满足需要，使得我国物流产业面临着巨大的挑战。准确有 效地处理好我国电子商务环境下物流模式发展中存在的问题是求得符合我 国国情的电子商务下新物流体系模式的基础。当前我国物流现有模式制约 着我国物流业的发展原因是理论研究薄弱，技术支撑不够，法律法规不完 善，缺乏专业的管理人才和完善的供应链。通过对国内外电子商务环境下 物流发展模式成功案例的剖析，指出了电子商务环境下物流方案应重点考 虑的因素，并创造性地提出了符合我国国情的物流模式：电子商务与普通 商务活动共用一套物流系统，自己组建物流公司 ，外
