This paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of VPN technology, introduces the production, characteristics, advantages of the VPN. Then
4、the paper analyzes the requirement of the VPN network construction of large enterprises. Afterward, two schemes are given according to practical background. One uses IPSec VPN, and the other uses MPLS VPN. The design and realization processes of the two schemes are given in detail. At last, this paper compares the IPSec VPN and the MPLS VPN, and points out the scenarios where each scheme is applicable.
