1、1 6 6 型单滚筒式超长冲程抽油机设计与分析型单滚筒式超长冲程抽油机设计与分析 摘摘 要要:为了更好的实现抽油机长冲程采油的目的,在满足油田采油工艺要求的前提 下,设计了 6 型单滚筒式超长冲程抽油机。该抽油机的动力系统采用 KCT 系列变频 调速电动机,省去了正反转电动机软起动控制器, 可以实现传动装置的的频繁正反转, 从而提高了传动的稳定性;并且本抽油机采用重力势能平衡的原理,对其进行了平衡 设计,平衡效果较常规抽油机有了明显的改善。抽油杆采用抗拉强度高,密度小的碳 纤维连续抽油杆,减轻了重量,增加了抽油量,但碳纤维抽油杆不能受到压力作用。 与一般抽油机相比,单滚筒超长冲程抽油机具有冲程
