1、 哈尔滨市 xx 科技办公楼设计 摘 要 本设计为哈尔滨 xx 科技办公楼,全篇包括 xx 科技办公楼的建筑、结构 设计。 xx 科技办公楼的体型、体量、层数、朝向等根据 xx 科技公司的规模、 使用要求和技术、环境条件确定,同时考虑平面和竖向交通、防火疏散、经 济效益。进行建筑的平面、立面、剖面设计,主要解决建筑平面布局,空间 交通问题,并考虑建筑的采光、通风、保温等问题。 xx 科技办公楼采用框架结构。 手算过程中, 根据建筑方案初步估算出梁、 柱的尺寸,进行合理布置;计算各楼层集中风荷载和地震荷载标准值;框架 柱的抗侧移刚度 D 值;风荷载和水平荷载作用下的梁、柱内力采用 D 值法计 算
