1、 1 设设 计计 概概 况况 本设计为理工大学丁香教学楼，总建筑面积 14562.18 平方米，建筑主体层 数 5 层，局部 3 层，总高度为 20.4 米。为框架结构，综合运用所学的专业知识， 根据设计任务书的要求进行了现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构教学楼的建筑设计、 结构 设计以及施工组织设计。 在设计过程中，我查阅了相关的书籍、资料、规范，进一步了解并掌握了建 筑及结构的设计的一般方法。结构图用 PKPM 软件绘制。在设计中仍存在一些 不足之处， 敬请各位老师指正。 在今后的学习、 工作中我将努力充实自己的知识， 发现问题解决问题。 关键词： 教学楼 框架结构 建筑设计 结构设计 施工组织设计；
