1、中 文 摘 要 - I - 摘摘 要要 双孢蘑菇的采摘、 储存、 运输过程中的保鲜一般都是采用冷藏方式。 储存和运输环节的冷藏已经有比较成熟的设备, 采摘后到冷库过程的冷 藏也有相应的设备,但由于本人接触较少,对设备构造及原理和应用不 是很了解。为此,我试图将双孢蘑菇进入冷库前应用到的真空预冷技术 应用到毕业设计中,从而形成双孢蘑菇真空预冷装置的设计理念。 本文阐明了果蔬真空预冷装置的原理、组成、特性及优点;给出了 基本设计参数的确定方法及计算公式, 可供专业人员设计参考。将双孢 菇储藏真空预冷技术应用到双孢菇采收的过程中, 提出了蔬菜田间真 空预冷装置的设计理念。 设计以 10000kg/车
