1、 毕业设计（论文）报告纸 共 45 页 第 1 页 装 订 线 破包机设计 【摘要】 破包机是将成捆的稻草包破碎的一种农用机械，该机是由运输机构、破碎装置和机架构成。运输机构 维持恒定且缓慢的速度运送稻草包，稻草包送入破碎装置中，破碎刀具将稻草包打碎，并且利用打刀的作用将松 散的稻草甩到预定位置。进给和破包的过程同时进行。运输系统采用辊子运送的方式，这种方式方便、实用、可 靠；破碎刀具利用回转轴的高转速和大惯性，将稻草包打碎。本机械采用两个动力系统，机主轴系统和进给系统。 进给电机的转速选择较低转速，经过摆线针轮减速器得到很大的降速比，带动链轮进而驱动辊子。主轴采用带传 动的方式，带传动应用比
