1、 毕业设计说明书毕业设计说明书 题题 目:综采工作面设备选型目:综采工作面设备选型 I 摘摘 要要 本设计主要研究了综采工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机以及乳化液泵站的 选型设计。综合机械化采煤是指完成落煤、装煤、运煤以及顶板支护等一系列机械化 的总称。本设计中所研究的煤层为采高 2.9 米的中厚煤层,是较为常见的,所以选型 较为容易,采煤机型号的选择主要根据煤层硬度、厚度、倾角等因素来选取,选型后 还要计算采煤机的主要参数,采高、截深、生产力、牵引速度、牵引力、截割速度、 装机功率。 本设计中选用了 MG400/930WD 采煤机,本采煤机在我国使用较为普遍。在运输方 面本设计选用了跟 M
2、G400/930WD 配套的 SGZ880/800 型输送机,并对输送机的输送能 力以及刮板链的强度进行了验算。 在顶板支护中根据顶板的稳定性选用了支撑掩护式 支架,架型需要根据采高、工作阻力等来确定,本设计中选用了 ZZ4000/17/35 型, 也是使用较为普遍的一种架型,还对支护强度进行了验算,确定了工作面所需支架的 总数量。本设计还对乳化液泵站进行了具体的设计计算,根据所选液压支架的主要技 术参数计算了泵站的压力,并对乳化液泵站各设备进行了选型。最后本设计还对整体 进行了配套验算,并做出了三机配套图。 关键词:关键词: 综采综采 工作面工作面 选型选型 设备设备 II Mechaniz
