2、影响快速、连续生产。板材的需求量越来越大,这里对剪切 机的结构重新进行了改良设计,并利用可编程序控制器取代继电器、接触器,改进剪切机 的控制系统,提高设备的可靠性与生产柔性。通过重新改造设计,改善了设备的控制精度, 提高了产品质量,减少了废品量,降低了维修率。 关键词:剪切机,可编程控制器,结构设计,控制系统 II ABSTRACT The shearing machine is one of the most indispensability and pivotal equipment in the continuous producing line of steel. The purpos
3、es of using shear machine are achieving definite dimension, edge shearing, sample cutting and disfigurement chucking. Using automatic shearing equipment can realize continuous mode of production and improve production efficiency greatly. Now, the function of the shearing machine is increasing incess
4、antly. The production efficiency and machining precision are required more consuming at the same time. After discussing domestic and overseas applications and technology improvements of the shearing machine generally, the framework and the theory of shearing machine are also studied. Because the adj
5、ustment of the shearing blade gap is time-consuming and difficult in existing shearing equipment, the throughput of the device is depressed. Sometime it has been stopped for the errors. And celerity and continuity of the producing line are induced by these factors. With the increasing requirement of
6、 steel board roughcast, the structure of the shearing machine is reformed here. To amending the control system of shearing machine, the old control system using relays is replaced by PLC. In this way, the reliability and flexibility of control system are improved hardly. Through innovatory design of shearing machine, the controlling accuracy of the equipment is ameliorated, and the product quality is enhanced. And more, the waster is reduced, and the maintenance is decreased. Key
