1、摘 要 毕业设计是根据青岛*XX 小区住宅楼的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技 术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。 设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括土建，装饰，安装的分部分 项工程量清单与计价表，综合单价分析表，措施项目清单与计价表，其他项目清 单与计价表， 规费、 税金项目清单与计价表， 工程量计算表； 工程量计算按照 2008 年工程量清单计价规范中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用清单报价，套价 利用福莱一点通计价软件；技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的 准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标 是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，
