6、建筑设计说明部分 一、工程概况： 1、工程名称：某宾馆； 2、工程位置：天津市； 3、工程总面积：10326.24 ，主楼 8 层，高 28.2m，一、二层层高 4.2m,标准层层高 3.3m；裙楼共两层，高 8.4m，层高 4.2m； 4、结构形式：现浇整体框架。 二、建筑物功能与特点： 该拟建的建筑位于天津市市内，设计内容：主楼为宾馆，裙楼为商场。此建筑占地 面积 1918.35m2 ，总建筑面积为 10326.24 m2 1、平面设计 建筑朝向为南北向，平面布置满足长宽比小于 5，采用纵向 6.6m、横向 4.5m、 2.4m、6.0m的柱距，满足建筑开间模数和进深的要求。 2、立面设计 该建筑立面为了满足采光和美观需求，设置了大面积的玻璃窗。外墙面根据 98J1工程做法选用面砖饰面，不同分隔区采用不同的颜色区隔，以增强美 感。 3、防火 防火等级为二级，安全疏散距离满足房门至外部出口或封闭楼梯间最大距离小 于 35m，大房间设前后两个门，小房间设一个门，满足防火要求；室内消火栓设在 走廊两侧,每层两侧及中间设 3 个消火栓，最大间距 25m,满足间距 50m
