1、 No 1 摘 要 本次设计的加热槽槽体是加热及搅拌沥青的专用容器。以通入夹套中的 高温蒸气为热源加热沥青。设计产品普遍应用于石油化学工业、建筑业等行 业上。该设计中详细制定了加热槽的制作工艺和封头冲压模具的设计。 根据压力容器的标准,此加热槽属于 II 类压力容器。其设计、制造、检 验和验收应符合 GB15098钢制压力容器的规定。16MnR 钢是制造压力 容器的专用钢。16MnR 的硫、磷含量低,抗拉强度、延伸率、冲击韧性高。 因此,16MnR 的力学性能和工艺性能良好。除环境温度很低或钢板厚度很大 时,冷裂纹倾向较大以外,不易产生其它种类的裂纹。Q235B 钢的含碳量低, 虽然强度不高,
2、但塑性和冲击韧性很好,焊接性优良。一般不会因焊接而出 现严重的淬硬组织。 通过分析母材的各种性能及本产品的结构特点,编制出适合本产品的生 产工艺流程。主要是筒节、封头的加工工艺及加热槽槽体的总装配焊接工艺。 制定下料及其成形工艺,填写零件加工工艺过程卡;制定装配工艺及焊接工 艺,填写焊接工艺卡;制定焊后加工工艺。制定夹套的翻边、翻孔工艺。在 制作封头时,还需根据封头的尺寸计算出封头冲压模具上模及下模的具体尺 寸,制作冲压模具。结合本产品的技术要求,采用无损探伤和水压试验进行 检验。最后,为了防止产品生锈需对产品进行涂漆。 关键词: 加热槽; 焊接工艺; 夹套; 冲压模具 No 2 Abstra
