1、 摘摘 要要 对中厚煤层的开采在煤矿生产中有重大的经济利益,而采煤机的滚筒 在开采过程中有相当重要的作用, 其好坏直接影响到采煤的效率, 基于此, 本文对MG160/390WD电牵引采煤机的滚筒进行了分析与设计。本文通过查 阅文献、 寻求指导老师帮助以及与同学合作的方式, 对采煤机的工作原理、 截割机构的传动和结构设计进行了阐述;对截割部中的各个轴的传动功率 和转速进行了计算,并重点对减速箱的一、二级行星减速器中的各个齿轮 进行了计算分析;对截齿的材料以及截齿的配置和固定、截割部减速器的 润滑情况进行了文献查阅。通过以上工作的整合,得出滚筒中各主要零部 件的尺寸和大体形状,并在autocad画
