1、 1 摘 要 建设工程项目管理实施规划是指导项目实施、管理的纲领性文件。同时,对于一个 建设工程项目而言,实施的核心是业主方的项目管理。所以,业主方的项目管理规划显得 尤为重要。业主方管理实施规划是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用 来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。 本次毕业设计的主要内容是编制章丘三职专迁建校区教学办公楼的项目业主方项 目管理实施规划，并借助广联达软件编制工程量清单，并绘制施工平面图和横道图。 本次设计对于主要施工管理措施等因素充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性。 本次设计主要包括以下内容：业主方实施规划设计文本、英文翻译、施工平面布
