1、1 *集团行政办公楼集团行政办公楼 摘要摘要 砌体结构 以砌体为主制作的结构称为砌体结构。 采用砌体结构可以满足 多层办公楼设计，利用混凝土梁，实现大开间。砌体结构在我国应用很广泛， 这是因为它可以就地取材，具有很好的耐久性及较好的化学稳定性和大气 稳定性，有较好的保温隔热性能。本次毕业设计根据设计任务书要求，完成了 建筑设计和结构设计两部分内容。结构设计部分完成了（1）结构布置（2）楼面 板、屋面板配筋计算（3）墙体高厚比、承载力及抗震验算（4）楼梯等部分构件 设计。设计依据教材及相关规范。 通过本次毕业设计将大学所学专业知识综合应用，熟悉了设计规范，掌握了 结构计算方法和一定的施工图绘制技
