1、I 电动转向对中试验台电控部分的设计电动转向对中试验台电控部分的设计 本科毕业设计本科毕业设计 摘 要 电动助力转向系统(EPS)是一种直接依赖电机提供辅助扭矩的动力转向系统, 它能够很简单地实完成不同车速供给不同助力成效的功能,确保汽车在低速行驶 的时候轻巧灵便,在高速行驶的时候相对稳定,有利于增加汽车的主动安全性, 更加有利于环保,于是具有宽泛的应用前景。目前国内EPS对中试验的研究报道较 少,而EPS对中试验是车辆制造中的一个重要环节。 本文分析了电动助力转向系统的工作原理,在此基础上研究了电动助力转向 系统对中试验对中方法,用以开发以计算机为控制核心的电动转向系统对中试验 台。 本文分
2、析了对中试验,并研究了试验台信号采集系统的实现方法;对扭矩传 感器的各种故障类型进行了研究,为对中试验项目提供了检测判定依据;在 Windows 操作系统下基于 VC 平台对试验台测控软件进行了模块化的总体设计,包 括硬件初始化模块、数据采集模块、数据输出模块、状态采集模块和状态输出模 块。 该试验台能为后续实车试验获得所需的基本参数和算法,可降低实车路试试 验的危险性和研究成本,能有效地缩短 EPS 的开发周期,提供更加快速和安全的 试验环境。 关键词:电动助力转向系统(EPS) ,试验台,数据采集,扭矩传感器,对中 II ABSTRACT The electric power steeri

4、 and the environment. Therefore EPS has broad application prospects. Currently in the country the study reported on the EPS test is fewer,and the middle of EPS test is an important part of vehicle. 5、rding to the work principle of electric power steering. This method can be used to develop the middle of test bench for electric power steering, which takes industrial personal computer(IPC) as its control center. the middle of test for electric power steering is analyzed according to “Technical Con
6、ditions and Bench Test Method of Electric Power Steering Devices”. Torque sensor, angle sensors, data acquisition card and other components are selected, the implementation of signal acquisition system is studied. The study of breakdown types for torque sensor provides the determination method of the middle of test items. Control software of the test bench is modular overall designed based on the VC platform in the windows operating system,including hardware initialization module, data acqu
