1、 I *初中办公楼施工图预算编制 摘 要 为适应我国经济与科学技术的快速发展，适应建筑行业的发展，编制施工图 预算，准确的确定造价越来越显得重要，在这次毕业设计中参考了大量的文献资 料，精心的做出了详细的工程量清单及最终报价。 本次毕业设计以*初中心办公楼为案例，目的是在于把项目投资控制在合理 预算范围之内，合理使用人力、物力、财力，控制固定资产投资效益。于此同时 也是对大学所学专业知识的系统综合的复习和检测。在整个毕业设计的工作中， 旨在将所学到的理论知识与具体实践相结合，提高自我的专业实践能力和专业素 质，为以后踏入社会做好自己的本职工作打好基础。 本次施工图预算包括建筑与装饰工程、安装工
