1、 汪克尔四角转子压缩机的设计 Design of Wankel Quadrangle Compressor Teaching Building II 摘 要 汪克尔四角转子压缩机与汪克尔三角转子发动机发展密切相关。本文归 纳了汪克尔三角转子发动机的现状,根据三角转子发动机的工作原理与基本 构造,类比设计分析了四角转子压缩机需要解决的问题气缸型线和转子 型线的数据设计分析,各零部件的设计分析校验。 本文第一章绪论综述了本课题的研究背景,空气压缩机的发展状况及目 前我国尚待解决的关键问题。 第二章介绍了汪克尔三角转子发动机的基本构造和基本原理,提出四角 转子压缩机设计的基本思路。 第三章通过对四角
2、转子压缩机的几何学研究分析,初步拟定了样机各个 尺寸。 第四章应用 MATLAB 对气缸型线和转子型线进行编程设计, 绘制出气缸型 线和转子型线及其配合图。 第五章通过综合比较分析选定各个零部件的规格,并建立压缩机的三维 实体模型,并完成了压缩机的虚拟装配。 第六章对本文的研究成果进行了归纳总结,并指出课题进一步开展研究 工作的设想。 关键词:汪克尔三角转子发动机,汪克尔四角转子压缩机,MATLAB,三维建模 III ABSTRACT The development of Wankel rotary compressor corners is assoeiated with Wankel Qu

According to the working principle and basic structure of Wankel Quadrangle Compressor , the key technology of Wankel Quadrangle Compressor is analyzed compar
4、atively: The data analysis of the Cylinder profile and Rotor profile,and the data analysis of the all parts. At first,introduction summarizes the background of this research and development of Empty Compressor,as well as the technics flow of it. Chapter two,there is introduction of the working princ
5、iple and basic structure of Wankel rotary engine machine Triangle,the design ideas of Wankel Quadrangle Compressor are proposed nowadays In chapter three,on the basis of the geometric of Wankel rotary compressor corners,design the model machine. Chapter four ,we design the data of the Cylinder profi
6、le and Rotor profile by the software of MATLAB,then,we draw out the Cylinder profile and Rotor profile,and their assembly drawing In chapter five,the model of all of parts are analyzed comparatively and synthetically,and then,we use the UG NX6.0 for three-dimensional modeling. Finally,in chapter six,a summarization on the study of this paper is given,the conceit of the further research work is pointed out.
