2、三轴联动数控加工中涉及到转轮叶片三维 造型、UG 数控程序生成、毛胚制造、夹具设计、定位基准的选择等关键技术。通过对 这些技术的链接和研究, 实现了对 ZDJP502-LH-120型水轮机叶片的三轴联动数控加工。 数控加工的主要关键技术:叶片的曲面造型、刀具和机床运动的三维轨迹计算和仿真、 三轴加工的后置数据处理、叶片曲面的三维检测、刀具选择和叶片的快速装夹找正。 关键词:关键词:三维造型;毛胚;基准;数控程序 3 ABSTRACT Turbine runner hydro-generating unit is the core component, plays will flow into

6、 such key technology. Through analyzing the technology of links and research, the paper realize ZDJP502-LH-120 type turbine blades of the three axis linkage nc machining. Numerical control processing key technology of leaf surface modeling, cutting tool and machine tool of the movement 3 d trajectory calculation and simulation, three axis machining rear of data processing, blade surface of three-dimensional testing, tools selection and the leaves of the clamping find is fast.
