1、第 I 页 摘摘 要要 本毕业设计为济阳街道办事处中心小学教学楼进行相应工程量计算以及施 工组织设计。本工程建筑面积为 7162.17m2，框架结构。本次设计的内容主要分 为两部分：第一部分：每人计算一部分工程量，小组汇总后，套相关的消耗量定 额，得出本工程的费用和材料、机械消耗情况；第二部分：施工组织设计，对本 工程进行施工组织设计， 根据本工程的特点和施工条件合理划分施工段并确定施 工流向，选择合理的施工方案，根据计算合理安排堆场位置以及人力资源运用， 使人力、物力和资源达到最优配比，创造更多的经济效益。 关键词关键词： 施工图预算 施工组织设计 第 II 页 Abstract This
