1、 I 摘摘 要要 数控机床是当今机械制造业中实现机电一体化的代表性先进设备。随着先进制造业的发展,对 旧机床的数控化改造,特别是普通股机床数控化改造已经成为摆在我们面前迫切而艰巨的任务。本 课题选择了对X5032铣床进给系统的数控改造方案,在叙述数控技术的历史、现状和发展的基础上, 通过对X5032旧机床的分析,结构机床改造的思想,提出了数控化改造的技术方案。改造的主要是机 械部分,即对丝杠、驱动元件步进电机和减速齿轮的改造。改造后的铣床除了能加工铣削键槽、平 面及孔等简单的零件外,还能加工形状复杂(如加工圆弧面、斜面及凸轮等)的零件,具有高精、 高效及加工产品范围广等特点。控制方式可以是开环

After retrofitted the work ability and reliability of the second-hand had
