1、 I 摘 要 本设计为七台河矿业集团新建六矿 2.40Mt/a 新井设计。新建六矿井田地质 构造复杂,煤层倾角 17o21o。煤种以焦煤为主。井田内共有 5 层可采煤层, 煤层总厚 9.64m,井田面积 21.56km2。可采储量 203.3Mt,矿井设计服务年限 60.5a。 新建六矿采用双斜井、多水平、集中大巷、上山式开拓方式。主井采用 1400mm 钢绳芯带式输送机提升。主运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引 3t 底卸式矿 车。一水平设 6 个采区,设计采区布置三条煤层上山,生产能力 1.20Mt/a。设 计工作面采用走向长壁后退式综合机械化采煤工艺, “四-六”工作制。 根据新建六矿附近矿井瓦
2、斯涌出情况,预测出本设计矿井属高瓦斯矿井。 主要进行卸压瓦斯抽采,采用两翼对角抽出式通风。 关键词:关键词:斜井开拓;上山;综合机械化采煤工艺;瓦斯抽采 II Abstract The mine design is a new mine of Xinjian Coal Mine Qitaihe Coal Group that mine production capacity is 2.40Mt / a. Geological structure of Xinjian Coal Mine is complicated, dip angel of coal seam from 17 to 21.

There are five commercial beds in the mine field, total thickness of coal seam are 9.64m, mine field area are 21.56km2.The Recoverable reserves are 203.3Mt, the mine expected service life is 60.5a. Xinjian Coal Mine adopt double slope, multi level, gathering main roadway and r
