1、 I 摘要摘要 注塑生产因其生产效率高、产品质量好、材料消耗少、生产成本低而获得广 泛应用。我国的注塑模具工业发展迅速,现今,注塑模具的设计生产约占整个塑料 模具设计生产的三分之一。随着塑料工业生产的发展,塑料工业产品的品种和数量 不断增加,产品更新换代加快,对产品质量、样式和外观也不断提出新要求,对注塑 模具质量要求也越来越高。 日用品中的笔记本,有时采用精度和强度不太高的塑料传动,由于塑料具有 可塑性强,密度小、比强度高、结缘性、化学稳定性高、外观多样的特点,因而 受到越来越多的厂家及人民的喜爱。 本次是对笔记本的 RAM DOOR 网孔盖进行注塑模设计,利用 UG 软件对塑件进 行了实体
