1、 摘 要 学籍管理是整个学院管理工作的关键环节之一，涉及到成绩管理、学籍管理等诸多 方面。采用管理信息系统来管理学生是大使所趋，它能提高学院管理工作的现代化、科 学化水平，保证信息处理的即时化、准确化。 论文根据调查各院对学籍管理的需求，分析出一般学院的学生管理业务流程，收集 了与学生信息相关的资料，确定了学籍管理系统的目标和主要功能需求。在软件需求的 基础上，定义了各个功能模块，包括：用户登录、成绩管理、学籍管理、查询修改；描 述了每个功能模块的功能和处理过程。 设计了该学籍管理系统的数据库 E-R 图和详细的 数据库结构。对主要功能模块还描述了其详细设计过程，用户界面设计中，考虑了用户 界
