1、 三层楼电梯 PLC 控制系统设计与调试 【摘要】 ：本文主要是设计一种电梯 PLC 控制系统。电梯是垂直方向的运输设备， 是高层建筑中不可或缺的交通运输设备，既可作为楼层间的交通工具也可以作为工业生 产中的运输装备。它靠电力拖动，在建筑的井道内导轨上做垂直升降运动，在人们的生 活中起着举足轻重的作用。而控制电梯运行的 PLC 系统也要求越来越高，要求达到电梯 运行的“稳，准，快”的运行目的。该系统主要由 PLC、逻辑控制电路组成。其中包括 交流异步电动机、继电器、接触器、行程开关、按钮、发光指示器和变频器组成为一体 的控制系统。 PLC 在电梯升降控制上的应用主要体现在它的逻辑开关控制功能。
2、 由于PLC 具有逻辑运算，计数和定时以及数据输入输出的功能。在电梯升降过程中，各种逻辑开 关控制与 PLC 很好的结合，很好的实现了对的控制。本文主要讨论研究利用欧姆龙 CPM1A PLC 对电梯的升降进行控制，形成电梯控制系统。 整个系统通过 PLC、逻辑控制电路对电梯的升降；加、减速；平层；起动、制动控 制。其结构简单、运行效率高、平层精度高、易于理解与掌握，更重要的是实惠经济。 【关键词关键词】 ：电梯；可编程序控制器；自动控制 1 Three Floors Elevator PLC Control System Design and Commissioning 【Abstract】
