1、 I 木塑复合材料的研究及其发展前景 摘 要 木塑复合材料(WPC)是国内外近年蓬勃兴起的一类新型复合材料,它是以木 纤维或植物纤维为主要组分,经过预处理使之与热塑性树脂或其它材料复合而成 的一种新型材料。这种复合材料具有能够充分发挥材料中各组分的优势,克服单 一材料的缺点,不仅改进材料的物理力学性能和加工性能,降低成本、扩大应用 范围,还提高了材料的附加值,木塑复合材料内含塑料,因而具有较好的弹性模 量。此外,由于内含纤维并经与塑料充分混合,因而具有与硬木相当的抗压、 抗弯曲等物理机械性能,并且其耐用性明显优于普通木质材料。表面硬度高, 一般是木材的 25 倍。所以,木塑复合材料具有优异的综
