1、 毕 业 设 计 题 目:xx 污水处理装置的电气自 控系统工程设计 学生姓名:xx 学 号:xx 专 业:xx 班 级:xx 指导教师:xx 2012 年 6 月 I xx 污水处理装置的电气自控系统工程设计 摘 要 本文的主要目的是为江苏久吾高科技股份有限公司三桥新厂区的污水处理站设计一 套电气自控系统。首先先为水处理站进行工艺系统设计和控制方案设计。本系统采用生化 系统工艺和陶瓷膜系统工艺相结合,主要控制方案是基本的单回路反馈控制,气动调节阀 采用 PID 控制使得控制效果更好。电气控制系统由一台计算机、一个 PLC 主站,两个现场 控制子站构成。主站采用西门子 ET200S 作为控制核
2、心,两个现场控制子站用于控制现场 设备、采集动态工艺参数和设备工作情况。计算机和 PLC 主站位于中心控制室,现场子站 位于前级处理池区,陶瓷膜设备区。计算机和 PLC 主站之间通过 MPI 协议通讯,PLC 主 站和现场子站之间通过 PROFIBUS-DP 协议通讯。通过现场实践证明,该处理系统不仅具 有较强的并行协调处理能力,而且具有高可靠性、灵活性和可扩展性,以及高速处理能力 等优点。充分证明自动化控制系统对提高生产效率和安全性具有良好效果。 关键词关键词:污水处理;陶瓷膜;自动化控制系统;PLC;PID 控制 II The design of a automatic control s
3、ystem for xx Abstract The main purpose of this Graduation Thesis is to design a set of electri-cal automatic control system for the Sewage treatment station of the new fac-tory Jiang Su Jiuwu high-tech Co., LtdFirst ,designing a Process System and control program for the Sewage treatment station. Th
4、e system uses a combinat-ion of biochemical systems and ceramic membrane system. Single-loop feedback control system is the main control program. By using the method of PID, it makes the pneumatic controlled better. The electrical control system consist-sf a computer, a PLC master station and two-si
5、te of control sub-stations. The master station takes the Siemens ET200S as the control core, and two-site of control sub-stations are used to the field devices, dynamic process parameters and equipment acquisition. Computer and the PLC master station is located in the central control room. The two s
6、ite sub-stations are located in pre-treatment pond area and ceramic membrane equipment area separately. The communic-ation between the computer and PLC master station are by the use of MPI prot-ocol. The communication between the PLC master station and the two-site of control sub-stations are by the use of PROFIBUS-DP protocol. According to the running situation of the scene, the treatment system not only has a strong processing capacity of parallel coordination,but also has the advantages of
