1、 1 摘 要 21世纪,超市的竞争也进入到了一个全新的领域,竞争已不再是规模的竞争,而 是技术的竞争、管理的竞争、人才的竞争。技术的提升和管理的升级是超市业的竞争 核心。如何在激烈的竞争中扩大销售额、降低经营成本、扩大经营规模,成为超市营 业者努力追求的目标。 所以, 急需一种应用软件, 使其能够适合小型超市的日常需要。 本文着重论述超市管理方面的有关超市进货、 销售、 库存管理、 人员管理等内容, 紧紧围绕超市管理系统的实际运作展开具体论述。超市的管理采用快速网络技术,通 过Access数据库、前台收银POS系统、后台业务处理的MIS系统以及商品的条码扫描技 术建立起了超市的信息管理系统,使
