3、 教育的重点和难点。影响着农村小学教育的因素有很多，本文通过分析村小存在 问题的着手，接着以中心小学和农村小学的关系为基点，在中心小学对村小管理 的层面上，针对村小的问题提出一些解决方法。 本研究选取*县新合镇中心小学及其下辖村小为研究对象， 并辅以访谈法和 文献研究法来对农村小学的教育进行更加深入的分析。研究发现，农村小学的教 育存在了诸多问题，同时还发现了中心小学和村小存在着紧密地关系，因此本人 从中心小学的角度出发，提出了增强农村小学教育的方法。 关键词关键词：中心小学；村小；管理 II Abstract With the construction of a new socialist
