2、。亲子沟通是影响亲子关系质量的基本因素，对青少年性格和行为的塑造也起 着决定性的作用。随着现代社会的变迁和家庭的转型，加之青少年自身的特点和 父母本身科学文化知识的有限，亲子沟通出现了一些问题，并且影响到了青少年 的健康成长。本论文研究的主要方式和过程如下，首先对那些已经出现沟通障碍 的父母和孩子进行调查，收集知料；然后对访谈的结果进行定性的分析，说明亲 子沟通障碍现状， 总结影响亲子沟通的一些主要因素， 找出造成障碍的主要原因； 最后以平等互动沟通模式为指南来探讨克服亲子沟通障碍的方法， 提出一些改善 沟通障碍的具体意见以提高亲子沟通质量。最后也希望有更多的人关注亲子沟 通，关注亲子关系，最

Parent-child communication not only plays a positive impact in parent-child relationship but also plays a decisive role to shape the character and behavior of the teenager. Parent-child communication has appeared a lot of problems because of the teenagers body and mi
5、nd development characteristics and the shortage of knowledge as the change of society and the family. These problems have some negative effects on the teenagers healthy growth. This article consists of four sections: at first I collected enough information from these between parents and children who
6、 have already appeared communication obstacles; the second I analyze the investigation information to explain the present situation of the parent-child communication obstacles, and found those important influence factors and the main reason in communication obstacles; at the last to equal mode of communication for guide to explore some methods which will overcome parent-child communication obstacles and put forward some advice to improve the quality of parent-child communication
