1、 I 摘摘 要要 随着信息技术的发展、 电脑化教学与远程的网络化教学的普及， 使得基于 WEB 技术的教学管理平台成为现代教育技术改革与发展的方向。但是由于大多数学校的 成绩管理都还停留在比较原始的手工阶段，成绩修改信息主要依靠办公软件等。上 述现象致使学生成绩信息更新不及时，教师容易弄不清楚成绩是否正确等问题。因 此构建一个高效完善学生成绩管理系统，保证师生间具有实效性，同时能快速、方 便地发布和检索各种学习内容，成为高校信息化建设的一项重要任务。 该论文首先分析了当前高校教学管理平台的应用现状和不足之处，明确了基于 web 的教学管理平台的主要功能和核心流程。在此基础上应用 MVC 模型，
