1、 1 浅析低碳经济下的绿色贸易壁垒 摘 要 随着全球经济高速运转，生态环境和经济社会的协调可持续发展是现阶段亟待解决 的问题之一。由于人们思想进步和环保意识的增强，绿色贸易在国际贸易中的关注度原 来越高，绿色贸易壁垒也已经成为贸易保护的重要手段之一。本文以低碳经济下的绿色 贸易壁垒为研究对象，分析其随着经济发展的不断演变及其对国际贸易和我国进出口贸 易的影响，并以“碳关税”为例分析新型绿色贸易壁垒给我国带来的影响，提出相应的 应对措施和建议，从而尽可能的减少绿色贸易壁垒给我国带来的负面影响。 关键词：低碳经济；绿色贸易壁垒；贸易保护；碳关税；碳标签； 国际贸易 2 Brief Analysis

3、deas and enhanced environmental awareness, Green Trade gets higher and higher attention rate in the international trade. Green Trade Barrier has become one of the most important means to protect the trade. The article takes Green Trade Barrier under the low-carbon economy as the research object, and

4、 analyzes its evolvement with the development of economy and its influence on the import and export trade of our country. Then, the article takes “Carbon Tariffs“ for example to analyze the influence of new type Green Trade Barrier on our country. At last, the article gives relevant counter measures and advices to reduce the adverse impact of Green Trade Barrier on our country as far as possible.
