1、 I 基于 ARM 的视频监控系统上位机的设计 摘 要 现在电子技术、计算机技术以及通信技术等飞速的向前发展,网络视频监控 系统在民用、军事、工业等各个领域得到越来越广泛的应用,视频监控系统已经 逐步渗透到了社会生活中的各个领域。随着视频压缩技术、数据传输等相关技术 的不断发展,传统的视频监控方式很难满足用户的需要。 文中介绍了一种基于 S3C2440 嵌入式平台的视频监控系统,并通过局域网传 输使得网内的计算机可以实时地获得视频图像,从而可以达到远程监控的目的。 鉴于 Linux 内核的开源及其稳定性,采用其作为操作系统,从而使整个系统具有较 好的实时性和稳定性。该系统以高佳能的 ARM 处
